We all have times in life when we feel anxious, confused, frustrated or depressed… sometimes these feelings pass on their own… but when they don’t, speaking to a counsellor can help.

Counselling allows you to talk through your concerns in a confidential setting with someone who will really listen to you and help you move forward. Many people find that counselling enables them to find relief from troubling thoughts, feelings and behaviours and make positive and often long-lasting changes in their lives.

I offer both short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy in private rooms in the centre of Ipswich.
